According to Article 3(2) 27 GDPR, an EU Representative has to be appointed if processing of personal data in your company is related to:
- The provision of goods or services, irrespective of whether a payment is required by the data subject; or
- The monitoring of their behaviour related to the company’s activities when this takes place within the Union.
